Hi, mamas! I am Sophie! I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO before moving to Houston, TX for college. I attended University of Houston where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Spanish. I met my now-husband through a mutual friend while he was in Tech Training for the South Carolina Air National Guard, which is how I wound up in SC! After college we moved to Greenville, SC and we have been married since 2018. We have a daughter, Layla, who was born in 2023. We also have 3 dogs (Katy, Otis & Chevy). I found Fit4Mom when Layla was 2.5 years old. I had been a stay-at-home mama and was looking for a way to prioritize my health and fitness while caring for Layla. I was so grateful to find this community! I am so excited about supporting mamas of all seasons and continuing my own health and fitness journey.
