Hey mama! We're FIT4MOM Fort Mill + Rock Hill and we have SO much fun hosting monthly Mommy and Me activities including music classes, play groups, arts and craft projects, field trips, Mom's Night Out, Book Club, and other social events for you and your family.

Our Village events take place throughout the Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Indian Land, and Lake Wylie areas and are designed to offer fun activities for you and your littles.

We also often host community events and mom walks that are open to all moms, not just members - keep an eye on our calendar and social for these events!

We’re kicking off summer with themed camp weeks, fun family outings, sensory play, crafts, and community events for moms and littles alike! Here’s what’s happening this June:

✈️ Week 1: World Travel

June 3 – Themed Workour and Airplanes + Mini Globe Playgroup
June 4 – Airport Overlook Playground Picnic (pack a lunch!)

🎨 Week 2: Color Explosion

June 9 – Spyder Sports Physical Therapy Visit
June 10 – Color Theme workout and Color Explosion Sensory Bin Playgroup

🚀 Week 3: Space Adventure

June 11 – Mom + Mini Pilates Summer Session Begins
June 17 – Space themed Stroller Barre and Father’s Day “Out of This World” Craft Playgroup

🌿 Week 4: Nature Explorer

June 22 – Mom Walk at Walter Elisha Park
June 22 – Echelon Moms’ Night Out
June 23 – Nature themed workout and Nature Explorer Craft Playgroup
June 25 – Greenway Field Trip (Anne Springs Greenway – Lake Haigler entrance, pack a lunch!)
June 27 – DADurday Saturday family workout! (Charlotte Running Co @ RiverWalk)

MY GYM Fort Mill Playdate + Galentine’s Brunch

Join us at MY GYM Fort Mill for a fun morning of play! They're having our village out for a FREE and private class, just for us! Kiddos will be required to wear My Gym grippy socks, which are $3.99 at the front desk if you don't have them already. FIRST: Make sure to RSVP in the app so we have a headcount! Shake off the day with a high-energy Hip Hop Fitness class with our very own member, Nicole.

SMALL HANDS BIG ART - KINGSLEY
