Events + Playgroups

Hey mama! We're FIT4MOM Fort Mill + Rock Hill and we have SO much fun hosting monthly Mommy and Me activities including music classes, play groups, arts and craft projects, field trips, Mom's Night Out, Book Club, and other social events for you and your family.

Our Village events take place throughout the Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Indian Land, and Lake Wylie areas and are designed to offer fun activities for you and your littles.

We also often host community events and mom walks that are open to all moms, not just members - keep an eye on our calendar and social for these events!

Come for an express 30 min Strides class followed by a presentation and exercises lead by Jill Sutton, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist.

Join us at Anne Springs Greenway Children's Farm for a fun morning out! Greenway Members are free

Non members:

Adult $17 per person

Youth (ages 3-12) $8 per person, under 3 is free.
