Stick around after Strides 360 for a cold brew coffee bar with fun creamers, good conversation, and time to connect with your village.

FREE Mom Walk Club

Join us for a relaxing morning walk at Riverwalk Trail followed by pancakes, mimosas, and coffee at Charlotte Running Co in RiverWalk. Open to all moms, so bring a friend!

We're so excited to introduce Body Ignite, our brand-new women-only strength and conditioning program!

We're offering three FREE preview classes this month so you can experience what Body Ignite is all about before the full program begins.

Baby Shower Barre + Mini Strides Playgroup

Help us celebrate two of our sweet FIT4MOM mamas, Stephanie and Jolie, before they welcome their little ones!

If you'd like, bring a small gift such as diapers, wipes, or your favorite postpartum essential. Most of all, come celebrate these amazing moms with us!

Your little ones can bring their favorite doll or stuffed animal with a play stroller or wagon as we have a fun "mini strides" class for them during playgroup!

We're excited to welcome a Dr, Herrera, a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a special morning of education and Q&A.

• Movement and development
• Gross motor skills
• What to watch for as your child grows

Plus, families can take advantage of free developmental screenings for both moms and kiddos.

FIT4MOM is turning 25 and the only way we know how to celebrate is a throwback mega class, of course!

Join us for a feel-good sweat sesh, a sing-along playlist, and all the Y2K energy your workout has been missing.
