During Find Your Village Week, you can try FIT4MOM for FREE and get a little taste of what our community is all about.
No pressure. No awkward “new girl” feeling. No need to be in shape first.

What should I expect?
Come exactly as you are.
Our classes are designed for moms, and your kids are welcome. Babies cry. Toddlers wander. Someone always needs a snack. We get it.
You don’t need any previous fitness experience, and everything can be modified for your current fitness level.
