Introducing our January WIN THE WEEK Challenge Starting Monday, January 5th, 2026! 🎉

This 4-week habit-stacking challenge is designed to help you build momentum, find your energy again, and start 2026 feeling strong, supported, and proud of your wins—big and small.

Each week, we’ll layer in one new healthy habit, while keeping the previous weeks’ habits going. Think: hydration, movement, nourishment, rest, stress support, and JOY. 💛

Hang your “Win The Week!” printable habit tracker on your fridge, your makeup mirror, somewhere you'll see it often. Each week you’ll check off your habits and share your wins. We’ll be celebrating progress—not perfection!

💥 How It Works

  • Every Sunday, we’ll announce the new habit of the week.

  • You’ll keep all previous habits, slowly building a routine that feels doable and energizing.

  • Track your habits daily using the printable.

  • Share a weekly selfie with your tracker in our facebook group and/or tag us on insta and FB (both @fit4mom.fortmill.rockhill) or tiktok (@fit4mom.fortmill) for accountability + fun!

  • Each share = entry into our weekly giveaway (everyone can participate, but only FIT4MOM Fort Mill Rock Hill members are eligible to win prizes!)
